This is a three bedroom duplex apartment share about 1000 square feet located on 67th Street between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue in a beautiful landmark building with elevator,
4 hours concierge, laundry facilities in the basement and roof garden. There is a cat in the apartment.

First floor: hallway, living room, dining room and separated kitchen.

Second floor: bedrooms and bathroom to share.

The 22 feet ceiling living room has a huge double-height window with a narrow view on Central Park. It is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs , a grand piano, a coffee table,
a library, two chairs and pieces of Art. A large archway leads to the dining room that is furnished with a dining table, six chairs, a cable TV and a VCR.

You can access the separated kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a sink, a stove, an oven, a fridge and cupboards.

The bedroom for rent (see pictures) about 110 square feet has a window, a closet and a phone jack. It is furnished with a single bed, a dresser and shelves.

The bathroom to share is equipped with a sink, a bathtub with shower, a toilet, a mirrored medicine cabinet and a small dresser.

Transportation: 1 or 9 train on 67th Street and Broadway.

This building is located in a nice tree lined street right next to Central Park. The Lincoln Center, the multiplex movie theater and the post office are nearby.
