There are three air-conditioned bedrooms for rent in this apartment: a small bedroom about 75 square feet, a center bedroom about 75 square feet, and a large bedroom about 215 square feet. They all have a closet and a window. They are furnished with a desk, a chair and bookshelves. The smallest room have a single bed; the large bedroom can sleep two people (see above pictures of the actual bedroom for rent).
The bathroom to share has a sink, a bathtub with shower, a toilet and a mirrored medicine cabinet.
Transportation: the R local train is located on 53rd Street and Fourth Avenue.
The N express train is located on 59th Street and Fourth Avenue.
Neighborhood: Sunset Park is bordered by Bay Ridge in the South, Park Slope on the North and Borough Park on the East. The area is known as Sunset Park because it is the highest point in Brooklyn. From the Park you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline as well as New Jersey and Staten Island. Lutheran Hospital is only half block away from the building. Pharmacies, Groceries and Supermarkets can be found on Fourth Avenue.
